"Reasonable Refund Policy"
I did not use this service as much as I thought in the first year. I did not remember to cancel until almost a month after my credit card was charged....
I contacted chat support who did not refund *all* the annual fee, but most of it ($85 of a $100 charge) to account for the value of the month I was still technically able to use the service.
I thought this was quite reasonable as I had expected a fight to get my money back.
